Success

Dinner went very well. A few modifications to the recipe were in order, but all in all a success.
No blogging on this end until Sunday afternoon. We’re headed to New Jersey to visit my Dad and take care of matters still outstanding from my Mom’s estate. And we’re leaving at 5:30 tomorrow morning. Just perfect.

Kellie and I have been doing some research in this area lately and, so far, our favorite summer wine has been a Chardonny from Rappahannock Cellars here in Virginia.
More research is clearly called for.

Learning The Wrong Lesson
