Random Evening Thoughts

Living in Northern Virginia like we do, one is confronted on a daily basis with a real estate market that is, in a word, unbelievable. More than once, I’ve seen homes in our neighborhood go on the market one day and be under contract the next, if not sooner…..and these are townhouses.

Everyone seems to think this wave can last forever, but when that belief becomes prevalent it usually means a change is in the air. Whether that will happen here or not, I have no idea, but this article is certainly sobering.
