Anniversaries

by @ 8:01 am on July 7, 2005.

In addition to the happy anniversary I mentioned a few days ago, this month also marks one year since my Mom entered the hospital and the final stages of Ovarian Cancer. In both good and bad ways, its been quite a year and I can’t imagine how I would’ve gotten through it without the support of family, friends, and, most importantly, my wife Kellie.

One of the curses of having an excellent memory is that you remember the bad times as well as you remember the good ones. The bad ones have been pretty bad this past year but, fortunately, the good ones have been better. Here’s hoping for better times from now on.
