The new bankruptcy law goes into effect on October 16th and, while more of the focus has been on the changes that will occur on the consumer side, there are also signficiant changes coming to corporate Chapter 11 filings. Along those lines, comes this story that two airlines (Delta and Northwest) may file before the new law takes effect.
