Good News From The Baseball Playoffs

At least for a Yankee fan, because the Red Sox are on the brink of elimination after a 5-4 loss to the White Sox. All is not totally good, of course, because the Yankees lost to the Angels 5-3 evening their series at one game a piece.

In yesterday’s other game, Andy Pettite and the Houston Astros beat the Atlanta Braves 10-5. This continues Pettite’s amazing October record that stated in New York. Count me among the Yankee fans who wish that Pettite was still in pinstripes. Speaking of people I wish were still in pinstripes, today, the Braves will face Roger Clemens.
