I am sitting here watching the final moments of the Country Music Association Awards on CBS. Dolly Parton is singing a duet with Elton John. And, as if that wasn’t enough of a culture clash for the country music folks assembled in Manhattan tonight………..they are singing John Lennon’s “Imagine”.
“Imagine there’s no heaven”…………..yeah that’ll go over well in the Bible Belt.
The only thing more ironic would be Osama bin Laden being interviewed by Playboy.
