Ten Second Movie Review

by @ 10:00 am on March 26, 2006.

Yesterday afternoon, Kellie and I went to see Failure To Launch, which stars Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Mc Conaughey, along with Kathy Bates and, in a surpringly strong role, Terry Bradshaw. This is a fairly standard and not entirely original romantic comedy that starts with the premises of Mc Conaughey playing a 35 year-old guy who still lives at home with his parents, who hired Parker to romance him and get him to move out. There are some funny moments along the way, as well as some pretty stupid ones. All in all, I guess its a good date movie but hardly anything to write home about. At best, this is a 5 out of 10.
