The start of college football season is still months away, but the tide of pre-season rankings and predictions is already starting. First up, Stewart Mandel of Sports Illustrated lists his pre-season power rankings, and puts the Ohio State Buckeyes at the top of the list. That should make the folks in Columbus happy, at least until game time.
