Voting Against A Stupid Law

As I discussed in January, Virginians will be voting in November on a Constitutional Amendment that would ban gay marriage and effectively outlawing any contract that otherwise consenting adults would enter into that would “approximate” marriage. Virginia, apparently, won’t be alone. Ann Althouse writes about a similar amendment on Wisconsin’s ballot this year, and she’s not too pleased about it.
