The Strange, Strange Life of Britney Spears

First there was the bizarre interview with Matt Lauer, now Britney appears to be channelling Demi Moore with her appearance on the cover of Harper’s Bazaar

LOS ANGELES, California (Reuters) — Oops, she lost her clothes.

A six-month pregnant Britney Spears has posed nude for the cover of the August issue of Harper’s Bazaar magazine and an accompanying photo spread inside, much in the style of the famous 1991 Vanity Fair cover of a naked and heavily pregnant Demi Moore.

On the Harper’s Bazaar cover, a dark-haired Spears covers her breasts with her arms and crosses her legs at the knee, as she sits smiling into the camera

And there’s even more inside, including pictures of Britney with her son, also naked:

For the curious, there’s full coverage of the picture saga at Gone Hollywood and Wizbang Pop

Given all of this, its not surprising that she’s apparently planning on moving back to Louisiana.

  2. [...] The swimsuit is now so ubiquitous—and, when compared with, say, the sight of Britney’s pregnant, naked haunches on the cover of Bazaar, so demure—it’s hard to comprehend how shocking people once found it. [...]
