The carnival comes to you from China where individual liberties for an elite few abound, while the government still seeks ways to apply social brakes to the fastest changing society in the world. They have place a cyber choke collar on the world?s second largest Internet super-highway, reiterated to local and International press agencies that censorship is a given, and continue to monitor, control and punish religious faithful of any sect.
I can’t think of a better place to plant to seeds of freedom.

Where are the current “Carnival of Liberty”’s? I was looking for them and can’t find any info.
