    It’s gotten worse… (so bad I actually updated the original post!)

    I was talking to one of our customers today on the phone at work, and he had to put me on hold for a moment. I was treated to hold music consisting of Christmas songs performed by barking dogs.

    The world doesn’t need to approve of this. Please, please, please can they just play the good stuff?
