Virginia Senator Ken Cuccinelli has introduced an amendment that would eliminate public funding for radio and television in Virginia.
Contrary to those who see this as Cuccinelli declaring war on Big Bird, I have to ask why the Commonwealth of Virginia should be subsidizing television programs to begin with.
