“I’ve been in elected office longer than John Edwards or Hillary Clinton,” said Obama. “I’ve passed more bills I’m sure than either of them –certainly in the state legislative level.”

Yes, Barack, I’m sure all those years spent deciding whether to spend the money of the taxpayers of the great state of Illinois on a boondoggle project in Chicago, or a boondoggle project in Springfield have prepared you for dealing with the likes of Vladimir Putin, the Chinese Communists, and Osama bin Laden.

Yea, you go with that one.

    You’ve got to admit, Doug, that he has a point. Not the one he intended, but a point, nonetheless: there is a woeful lack of qualifications among the top tier of Democrat candidates for President.
