In light of today’s report that he outraised every Republican candidate except for Giuliani, Thompson, and Romney, the mainstream media seems to finally be paying attention to Ron Paul.
Case in point, tonight’s edition of ABC’s World News Tonight:

As I’ve said before, the media is under no obligation to provide coverage to any candidate, especially one barely registering in the polls. When they do, though, its usually because they’ve done something unexpected like raise $ 5 million in one quarter.
