At Least They Have A Sense Of Humor About It

The Club For Growth is asking people to vote for their favorite anti-CFG slur.

My vote went to Mike Huckabee’s assinine “Club for Greed.”

    The best slur is the one that seems to be overlooked by everyone except those paying attention.

    The CfG’s done nothing bu harm to the GOP in recent elections…they eliminated a terrible Democrat from the primary who…had he won the nomination…would have been a cake-walk to beat. But they insured a tough GE run for George Bush through their irresponsible and selfish meddling.

    In 2006 mid-terms, the CfG is at least partly responsible for the majority in the U.S. Senate…they helped eliminate easily re-elected incumbent Republicans during the primaries…insuring a Democratic take-over of the Senate.

    One has to wonder why anyone would listen to these idiots at the Club for Growth considering their recent record of harming the GOP.

    And…what has Novak done for the GOP lately?

    Two words…Valerie.Plame.

    Huckabee in ‘08…Reagan Minus the Astrologer!

    Actually, I think the more appropriate slogan should be:

    Huckabee in `08: He’s Bill Clinton, but not as fat.

    And if the worst the CfG has done is put an end to the careers of Republicans without principles, then I say bravo to them.
