Global Warming: Blame Canada !

by @ 8:00 am on November 30, 2007. Filed under Global Warming, Humor, In The News

Apparently, those darn Canadian beer drinkers are ruining the planet:

Scientists have found a new threat to the planet: Canadian beer drinkers.

The government-commissioned study says the old, inefficient “beer fridges” that one in three Canadian households use to store their Molson and Labatt’s contribute significantly to global warming by guzzling gas- and coal-fired electricity.

Heh.

  1. Raymond says:

I drink Dos Equis and usually on tap so I am not contributing. I am, however, the owner of a full size Chevy truck.

  2. Here in Michigan in the winter, I keep a draught keg of Heineken’s on our patio. I use it when the one in the fridge is gone. I am a big fan of Canadian beer, but can’t find my favorite, Labatt’s Pale Ale, in my area…
