According to at least one poll, John McCain has pulled ahead of Rudy Giuliani in Florida:
Rudolph Giuliani, who had led in a Florida Republican Primary by as many as 14 points in previous SurveyUSA tracking polls, today trails John McCain by 8 points, fighting with Mike Huckabee and Mitt Romney to hold onto 2nd place, 3 days after McCain won the New Hampshire Primary. At this hour, in polling completed exclusively for WFLA-TV and WKRG-TV, conducted after New Hampshire, but before the Myrtle Beach GOP Debate, Florida stands: McCain in 1st at 27%, Giuliani at 19%, Huckabee at 17%, and Romney at 17%, all tied for 2nd place, with Fred Thompson and Ron Paul further back.
Giuliani’s “wait until Florida” strategy is looking like less and less of a good idea.

That’s some amazing data, Doug. If this trend continues, even if it doesn’t favor McCain, but another candidate like Romney or Huckabee, Giuliani has to be sweating bullets.

Loved Jon Stewart on Guiliani’s strategy to let everyone else win up until FL.

If Mccain or Huckabee gets the nomination we will vote independent or write in a candidate or vote democratic. Mccain’s record proves he is Pro-Amnesty, http://www.numbersusa.com
and http://www.congress.org. where you can see the real record on all candidates in congress/ senate. Mccain voted to give our social security to Illegals, and take an already close to broke system, to give to illegals and take from the americans who earned it and really need it. He votes against bills supporting the military and veterans. He has voted Against Tax cuts and his record proves it.
Huckabee in Arkansas: big governnemt, Higher taxes and benefits for Illegals. Gee he wouldn’t punish the children of illegals, so He punished children of Americans by taking college benefits from them. I am an American Soldier I was Not allowed to vote in the last presidential election because I was over seas, like all military overseas votes they were Thrown out , this time I am in America and refuse to vote for Mccain/ Huckabee the anti americans

John McCain was one of the few Republicans to vote for social security benefits for illegal aliens, allowing them credit for time earned on fake or stolen cards. He also wanted and still wants ammesty for illegals in this country. He argues that his plan is not ammesty because it requires a fine. Sorry, Senator, but that is ammesty because the illegals get to stay.
