Mike Huckabee seems to have made the right choice by staying in the race, because he beat John McCain in Kansas pretty handily:
WASHINGTON (CNN) — Former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee won the Kansas Republican caucuses Saturday.
With 100 percent of precincts reporting, Huckabee had 60 percent of the vote, compared with 24 percent for Arizona Sen. John McCain and 11 percent for Texas. Rep. Ron Paul.
Huckabee won all 36 of the delegates at stake.
Kansas is a fairly conservative state, so this isn’t entirely surprising. Huckabee’s not going to win this race, but he’ll have a pretty good claim for being taken seriously at the convention.

I am still in mourning over Romney’s decision to leave the race. I lost all respect for Huckabee by watching how he treated Romney. I do not like McCain. I have not voted for a Democrat since my college days. However, I am not voting for Huckabee or McCain. Neither of the men seem to be built of character or vision. This year I am voting for Obama. He seems a man of character and vision. I hope Obama wins and that it will send a message to the party that they did not get behind a good man.
