I’m not quite sure what his game is, but John Yoo just might qualify as the most evil Presidential adviser in history:
Cassel: If the president deems that he’s got to torture somebody, including by crushing the testicles of the person’s child, there is no law that can stop him?
Yoo: No treaty
Cassel: Also no law by Congress — that is what you wrote in the August 2002 memo…
Yoo: I think it depends on why the President thinks he needs to do that.
This, my friends, is what’s wrong with America today.

No, Sean, Innocent or guilty the kid’s father will say anything to end his child’s pain. If innocent will make something up. If guilty will give false info and the bomb will go off someplace else. In time, the guy who crushed the child’s testicles will go to hell when he dies.

As an outsider, what I think is wrong with America today, is too much emphasis is put on how the constitution should be interpreted to the given situation - and less to how society should interpret the situation.
Would you torture someone? Would you torture someone if it stated in the constitution that you HAD to?

The thing is sean… the president does not really mean to torture arab children. It is our children they are aiming for. Sean, the government now says to be on the look out for white al-qaida, if the president so chooses he could declare you a terrorist and torture your children, do you see what is wrong with this government? We are descending into a dark world world, but every one is asleep and not paying attention to what is going on, bush is no conservative or a Christian. They want to torture the most defenseless, our children.
