The Club For Growth has started up a Veep Watch Blog to keep an eye on the Republican Veepstakes.

Notwithstanding the attention, I am reminded of the words of America’s first Vice-President:

“My country has in its wisdom contrived for me the most insignificant office that ever the invention of man contrived or his imagination conceived.”
