And We’re Back

by @ 4:23 pm on April 24, 2008.

Internet access was down around here for about the past 24 hours.

Thanks for nothing, Comcast.

On another note, I’ll be back tomorrow. Too late in the day to write anything substantive anyway.

My internet access was down here in New Jersey, as well. Comcast is pathetic. Customer Service is an oxymoron. They cost me a late grade on a thesis that I needed to write for a course. I would dump Comcast in a second, if they weren’t a monopoly in my state.

I just can’t stand dealing with the customer service people.

If they say “I’m so sorry for your inconvenience” one more time, I’m going have to reach through the phone and…..

    Well, you get the idea

Comcast is the antichrist. We finally went with Verizon and plan to stay there.

We never had Comcast. For a long(er than was comfortable) time, we had dialup. After Verizon started offering the cheap (768K) DSL, we went with that, and now we have FIOS. Outages are short, if ever, and rare.
