It doesn’t matter what happens in the Hoosier State, because the rest of the calendar looks very good for her.
Starting with Kentucky:
In a Democratic Primary in Kentucky today, 04/29/08, three weeks until votes are counted, Hillary Clinton decisively defeats Barack Obama, 63% to 27%. In three SurveyUSA tracking polls over the past 30 days, there is no movement in the contest. Obama gains a little bit of ground in Greater Louisville, but loses an equivalent amount in other portions of the state.
Kentucky’s primary is on May 20th, two weeks after Indiana and North Carolina, and one week after West Virginia, where Clinton should also do well.

It doesn’t matter if she lost by 100%. It wouldn’t matter if every tv station declared her over. Hillary Clinton has no shame or morality. She set out to destroy the party and she is going to do no matter who or what happens.

I don’t think she set out to destroy the party per se. I think she places her own benefit over the benefit of party. Without touching on that subject too much, I think that this will help to create division in the party (as if it already hasn’t happened). The interesting thing will be to see how long it lasts, and if McCain can use it to his advantage by profiting off the loss of credit in the Democratic party, while appealing to a centrist block of left-leaning voters who would rather support him than the alternative.

Only the democrats could possibly screw up a gift-wrapped election like this. Hahaha.
