Obama Talks About The “Dream Ticket”

by @ 4:28 pm on May 9, 2008.

Barack Obama talks to Brian Williams about the so-called Obama/Clinton Dream Ticket:

In the meantime, one prominent Obama supporter thinks Hillary is unsuited to be Obama’s Vice-Presidential running mate:

Don’t count Senator Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts among Democrats hankering for the so-called dream ticket of Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton.

“I don’t think it’s possible,” Kennedy says in an interview on Bloomberg Television’s “Political Capital With Al Hunt,” airing this weekend.

In fact, Kennedy, a key early supporter of now likely nominee Obama, seemed to aim some rather biting words Clinton’s way, according to Bloomberg. He didn’t name names, but he said Obama should pick someone who “is in tune with his appeal for the nobler aspirations of the American people.”

“If we had real leadership — as we do with Barack Obama — in the No. 2 spot as well, it’d be enormously helpful,” added Kennedy.

And that ain’t you Hillary.
