With Gustav now basically just a really big rain storm, the Republican National Convention is going forward:
ST. PAUL, Minnesota (CNN) — The Republican National Convention, cut back Monday because of Hurricane Gustav’s arrival on the U.S. Gulf Coast, will resume a full schedule Tuesday, convention officials said.
President Bush, who was scheduled to speak Monday, will deliver his address via satellite at 9:30 p.m. ET Tuesday, officials said.
Tuesday’s theme will be “Who is John McCain,” officials said.
Former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson, who ran in the early GOP 2008 presidential primaries, and Connecticut Sen. Joe Lieberman, the Democrat’s 2000 vice presidential nominee, will deliver primetime speeches after President Bush.
GOP officials said the convention will still have an emphasis on helping those impacted by Gustav’s passage through the Gulf states.
The decision to go forward with the convention schedule was made with the agreement of all Gulf Coast governors, convention officials said.
So, you know, let the fun waste of time begin !

I just think all of this is a lot of money that will spent for this party can go somewhere else where it is really needed and that is a fact.
I tried of the things that are going on all over the United States that is a waste of tax monies and that is a fact.
Just Washington do your job because you are getting paid to the job you are not doing you are always having a party on my nickle and that is a fact,

like father like son-in-law. It seems as if the father of Bristol’s love child couldn’t wait until he was 21 to get his first DWI- i’m sure he’s going to make a fine addition to the family, and he’ll help the white house occupants be the shining beacon of good they should be…Search Levi to save some time:

If one can question Michelle Obama’s loyality because she said she was proud for the first time of the United States, why isn’t there the same scrutiny of Sarah Palin’s loyality since she was in the Alaska Independence Party that wanted Alaska to secede from the United States?

Somehow “ready to lead” from Bush does not make me too enthusiastic.
According to the Bush, Rumsfield, Gonsalez, Rice, Bremer, Brown, and the rest of the parade in the past 8 years, were all great leaders. He has a serious judgement problem…. what can one expect from a C student? What could we expect from McCain, one of the the worst students of Naval Academy? He already have chosen some VP…
My fellow Americans, brace for some hard times.
