Since the beginning of the year, Virginia has added 350,000 new voters to the rolls:

Nearly 350,000 people have registered to vote so far this year in Virginia, according to statistics released today by the State Board of Elections.

Combined with people who have died or moved out of state, Virginia has a net increase of 306,000 newly registered voters since the start of the year.

About 65,000 people have registered to vote since September 15, according to the statistics. As in earlier reports, people appear to be registering at the fasted clip in more Democratic-leaning areas

The deadline to register to vote in Virginia is Monday, October 6th. If you haven’t done so already, you can find information on how to get registered at the State Board of Elections website.
