There’s always been something just a little off about Alan Keyes, but his latest obsession plants him firmly at the head of the tinfoil hat brigade:
The controversy over the validity of Barack Obama’s birth certificate is back on a burner with firebrand conservative Alan Keyes making serious new charges.
In a video (see below) released Friday Keyes, who lost to Obama in the 2004 U.S. Senate race in Illinois that launched the new president’s national political career, calls Obama a communist and usurper and says he refuses to acknowledge the validity of Obama’s inauguration over lingering questions in the minds of many conspiracists about the 44th president’s birth place.

Alan Keyes is a disgrace. He sounds bitter and wishing ill to someone who defeated him in a senate race. Only the fringe will believe his lies.

Just as Kerry could have released his discharge papers Obama could simply release the necessary documentation to prove his place of birth. Debunked? Yeah no wonder its wandering toward the SC.
But its nice to have a Kenyan as president. There’s hope for Arnie yet.

Keyes was nuts long before he moved to Illinois at the last minute to run against Obama.
When he ran for Senate here in Maryland and it was clear by August that he had no chance in hell of coming within even 10 percentage points of the incumbent, he started accusing the RSCC of being racist because they weren’t spending money on a race that was a guaranteed loser.
I used to like Alan a long time ago, but he’s got more than a few screws loose these days.

Obama has released all the documentation he needs to, it’s just that the conspiracy nuts have already chosen their own version of reality to believe.
And, wandering toward the Supreme Court ?
You’ve got to be kidding.
SCOTUS has already shot down at least four of these cases, and everytime one gets within a mile of a Federal Judge, it dies.
This is going nowhere, because there’s no legal or factual merit to it.

What a travesty this has been. Where are the Supreme Court Justices? Are they blind here? Where is Homeland Defense? Why is everyone turning a blind eye to the OBVIOUS?

Bandera: Read the facts. Do your homework! Keyes work has nothing to do with being “frustrated” except that our Constitution is in crisis! Forget the economy. Let’s just get a legal president in office who will PROTECT OUR CONSTITUTION!!
