I believe in the free speech that liberals used to believe in, the economic freedom that conservatives used to believe in, and the personal freedom that America used to believe in.

Ron Paul: Time To Get Rid Of The Fed

Ron Paul spoke on Bloomberg television Tuesday about the role of the Federal Reserve Board in the economic crisis and made the point that the only real solution is to get rid of the Fed altogether.

My favorite part of the interview, though, came when the anchor asks Paul if legal action should be taken against the people who received bonuses from AIG. Paul responds that there should be legal action — against the people who gave taxpayer dollars to AIG to begin with. I love it !
