Ron Paul seems to be one of the few sane voices in Washington right now on what still seems to be a relatively small flu outbreak:
As Paul mentioned, we have been through this before, back in 1976 when the death of a single soldier at Fort Dix led to a nationwide vaccination program that ended up accomplishing nothing and causing illness all by itself.

Read somewhere that the vaccine given then might, just might, be effective against this new virus.
Swine flu? Really? Just call it ‘Mexican Flu’ and admit that this is a scare, initiated to influence our view of Mexico. The fact that we are having strained relations with them at this same moment is no coincidence.
