It seems that the Certification of Live Birth that Barack Obama produced last year is the only birth record that Hawaii releases:
[Y]ou can’t obtain a “certificate of live birth” anymore.
The state Department of Health no longer issues copies of paper birth certificates as was done in the past, said spokeswoman Janice Okubo.
The department only issues “certifications” of live births, and that is the “official birth certificate” issued by the state of Hawaii, she said.
And, it’s only available in electronic form.
Okubo explained that the Health Department went paperless in 2001.
“At that time, all information for births from 1908 (on) was put into electronic files for consistent reporting,” she said.
Information about births is transferred electronically from hospitals to the department.
“The electronic record of the birth is what (the Health Department) now keeps on file in order to provide same-day certified copies at our help window for most requests,” Okubo said.
Asked for more information about the short-form versus long-form birth documents, Okubo said the Health Department “does not have a short-form or long-form certificate.”
“The birth certificate form has been modified over the years and decades to conform to national standards and models,” she said.
Okubo also emphasized the certification form “contains all the information needed by all federal government agencies for transactions requiring a birth certificate.”
She added that the U.S. Supreme Court has recognized the state’s current certification of live birth “as an official birth certificate meeting all federal and other requirement
So, that would seem to be that, no ?
Of course, this won’t satisfy the Philip Berg’s and Orly Taitz’s of the world — nor it will it satisfy the conspiracy theory hungry people who have rallied around their legally, and now factually, meritless claims.

You can’t argue with conspiracy theorists. If you do, you’re part of the conspiracy.

Check the newest Hawaii law on that, I read it is different. Sorry I don’t have that info at hand.
Barack Obama admits his father was a Kenyan citizen and he was adopted in Indonesia. Those two things mean he was not a natural born citizen according to law.
Evidence shows Barack Obama was an Indonesian citizen in the US on a student visa even after his parents were divorced when he was over 18 years old. That is why he did not register for the selective service, he was not required to, being a foreign citizen. Then he had to create one for the campaign when questions were asked.
The charges and evidences against Barack Obama are on my website, court style:

and

A copy was sent to Barack Obama and US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald. Both were sent about 2-11-09. Barack Obama clearly thinks he has something to hide.
Email the president that you want this controversy ended, http://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/ The president, administration and Congress, and media will only press the president to quickly end this controversy if the people press them for a quick end. He should easily be able to end this controversy with proofs he has held as hidden.

I don’t think mere facts should get in the way of entertaining lunacy, do you?

I can tell you who James Von Brunn didn’t vote for. (twitter – don’t use it, but I read it).
If you Google, you’ll find “John McCain is a total nut job!”, with Von Brunn explaining why he is “unfit for any governmental position. He is a traitor to the United States of America.”

It seems it IS possible to be born in one place, yet be documented being born in another. Can someone explain how a person born in China winds up holding a Certificate of Hawaiian Birth?
Background:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sun_Yat-sen
Sun Yat-sen (12 November 1866 or 24 November 1870 – 12 March 1925)
Sun Yat-sen was born on 12 November 1866 to a peasant family in the village of Cuiheng, Xiangshan county, Guangzhou prefecture, Guangdong province (26 km or 16 miles north of Macau). The latter claim is likely to be correct, as the Certificate of Hawaiian Birth was issued based on Sun’s typewritten testimony, rather than on any documentation from witnesses….
After receiving a few years of local school, at age thirteen, Sun went to live with his elder brother, Sun Mei, in Honolulu. Sun Mei, who was fifteen years Sun Yat-sen’s senior, had emigrated to Hawaii as a laborer and had become a prosperous merchant.
The certificate:

A portion of the certificate reads: “……And it appears from his affidavit and the evidence submitted by witnesses that he was born in the Hawaiian Islands on the 24th day of November A.D. 1870…”
