I believe in the free speech that liberals used to believe in, the economic freedom that conservatives used to believe in, and the personal freedom that America used to believe in.

Wacky Orly Taitz Now Encouraging Mutiny

by @ 5:29 pm on July 10, 2009.

Earlier this week Orly Taitz posted this at her blog:

If you know any enlisted or officers, who are ready to be deployed, but want to stay their deployment until Obama’s legitimacy for the posittion [sic] of Commander in Chief is verified, please have them contact me. As the case is ready, it can be filed within hours.

Yep, that’s right, she’s actively encouraging members of the United States military to disobey orders, and, apparently, she’s succeeded in finding a member of the military sufficiently delusional to sign on to a lawsuit that could subject them to discipline under the UCMJ.

I’ve always thought that, one day, Orly and the other birthers would do something that would be just a step too far that would get them in serious trouble. Encouraging, some would even say facilitating, desertion by a military officer just might fight fit the bill.

Stay tuned, this should be fun.

Soldiers are sworn to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. If Obama is not Constitutionally qualified to be president then he is an enemy of the Constitution and an enemy of every US Service member.

Desertion and treason I’m sure was what the Crown said about the Colonies after the Tea Party.
