Here is Judge Land’s Order dimissing Major Stefan Cook’s Presidential eligibility case:
Cook v Good (Obama) DOC 10 Dismissal Order
Orly Taitz has been uncharacteristically quiet on her blog, but the folks at World Nut Daily quote her as saying that the Judge told her she should refile her suit in Florida, where Cook lives which is, of course, contradicted by what’s actually in the Order.
But I think I understand; Orly has used so much bleach on that hair of hers, it’s affected her hearing.

Such a shame that they can’t blame it on activist judges. Judge Clay Land was nominated by GW Bush.

While probably the right result, I’ve got real problems with his standing analysis, particularly in light of Supreme Court jurisprudence regarding “standing” for trees.
His “capable of repetition yet evading review” analysis is even more problematic.
Better for the Obamorons if the judge had ruled on the merits.
And I wouldn’t call it a “smackdown,” particularly in light of the costs order. A “smackdown” would have compelled the Plaintiffs or Taitz to bear the defendants’ costs, as well.
