I think this sums it up nicely:
I believe in the free speech that liberals used to believe in, the economic freedom that conservatives used to believe in, and the personal freedom that America used to believe in.

One of the other blogs that routinely blocks or bans opposing views, wondered, “…where could we EVER get the money to fund the supposed, 45 million uninsured?”
Well, I took a look at adding them all to my policy:
They can all be added to my policy if the government, or perhaps Bill Gates, will just give me:
$1,035,000,000 to cover the annual cost, based on each additional beneficiary costing $230/year for basic coverage.
Where could Obama get the money?
How about trimming the amount from the $534 BILLION 2009 defense budget; there’s plenty of fat in that behemoth!
Or, you could trim a few Billion from the 45 BILLION we spend on spying programs by cutting back on the Bush legacy – Domestic Spying Program that remains intact under Obooboo.
Hell, if we ended our two un-declared wars in Iraq and Afghanistan by the end of FY 2009, we could save a cool 210 BILLION (enough to fund the health care gap for 140 years), not to mention sparing a lot of Americans death or dismemberment, for these wars that Congress has never declared, and that are not in our national interest to continue.
Obama could make this whole problem disappear with the stroke of his Presidential pen, if only he knew how to cut spending, rather than to just increase it.
