Court Dismisses Orly Taitz’s Fake Kenyan Birth Certificate

by @ 5:13 pm on August 7, 2009. Filed under Barack Obama, Obama Derangement Syndrome, Politics

A U.S. District Court Judge has dismissed the motion that Orly Taitz filed in connection with the Kenyan Birth Certificate which has now been established as a fake, and likely a hoax.

Here’s the Order:

03118539619

If nothing else, this establishes for all time that Orly Taitz doesn’t have the ability to even follow simple Rules of Court, but she should probably thank the Judge and not bother to re-file given that it’s pretty clear that her motion relied on a lie.

I love the nationwide cover-up going on right now before everyone’s eyes and no one is noticing. What’s missing from your excellent report is:

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the documents will not be returned to the filing party: however, the Clerk shall note…

Since the document will NOT be returned (that normal?) to her, how is she supposed to “properly” filed it next time?]

This document will never be authenticated now and will disappear forever! America, you are seeing The Great American Democracy at work here.

  2. When is a judge going to find her in contempt of court?

Google, YouTube, Wiki, MySpace, Twitter, FaceBook, et al are all in bed together under what is called “Social Media” in an attempt to get average people to believe what they read as fact. Do the research, its not that hard. These folks have a bottom-up vice top-down approach to delivering information.

Look for the terms “Radical Truth, Web 2.0, W3C, etc” and you will see the connection between these organizations (all created under the same umbrella) are to tailor e-communication, most of which is to skew the truth or your opinion. Then ask yourself, why does the president advertise these outlets specifically on his website (www.whitehouse.gov/blog)?

Example of the corruption… Search Wiki for “Barack Obama citizenship conspiracy theories,” click on the “history” tab, copy one of the IP addresses of people making changes, go to http://www.dnsstuff.com, enter the address in the WHOIS Lookup. You will see that many of the questionable changes are coming from Google’s office in Mountain View, CA. Before you call me a nut-case, do it yourself.

There are many forces at work trying to keep this story not only down, but trying to make those who believe it into wack-jobs. Notice that no Federal agency has yet to verify or make a statement to the validity of the KBC, only so called “expert” bloggers around the world.
