    Axelrod’s answers make it clear they want their package.. not true alternatives that will accomplish the goals they ‘claim’ they desire.
    None of his responses to Wolf’s questions were truly relevant to the issue.

    I was under the impression that the whole Exchange idea would allow for interstate insurance purchases. Although it’s not real clear in any of the bills I’ve read.
