Innocent or not, insane or not, Blago is doing the one thing no criminal defendant should do — he’s talking in public before trial.
I think Blago is the exception to the rule.
From what I can recall from the complaint and having watched his interviews on multiple occassions, there seem to be plenty of grounds for reasonable doubt. He has a good schtick going.
Of course I come from the Chicago area originally, so I understand that sleazy politicians are more numerous than actual felons.
