"The man who ran John McCain’s presidential campaign warned Friday that Sarah Palin could lead to a ‘catastrophic’ election result for the GOP in 2012 if the former Alaska governor captures the party’s presidential nomination."

This from the man who lead McCain to a catastrophic election? Not to say that Palin would be a good choice, but, we should listen to this loser why? I think he's still mad that Palin was the only reason people showed up at the McCain rallies. He was half the reason the campaign failed.

What a loser.

One of our biggest problems in 2012 will be finding a credible candidate. Palin is a laughing stock in many circles, Huckabee is a socialist who's only claim to conservatism is in his religion, and Pawlenty is surrounding himself with crooked advisors that are sure to produce scandal after scandal. Mitt seems to be the only semi-tolerable candidate out there. There's just not a solid true conservative out there with the votes to make it happen. I keep crossing my fingers that Giuliani will run, but even he's not perfect.

I vaguely want to see Rove or Chaney go for the nomination, just for the entertainment value. It seems like the sort of thing you'd need popcorn and a big gulp to really enjoy.

That's for sure. When Ronald Reagan was Sarah Palin's age he was a union leader and Democrat.

The only authority that a guy who helped run the McCain campaign has derives from his familiarity with the term "catastrophic."
