  1. I am a close acquaintance of Delegate Scott Lingamfelter and he’s one of the few legislatures out there trying to push this plan forward.

    Not an easy task, since most legislatures only see the money they make from the ABC stores and not the potential tax revenues. Plus, I’m sure some of their friends and relatives have high-ranking positions in the ABC chain.
