I haven’t been a fan of Eric Cantor since he joined John Boehner in pushing through the “crap sandwich” known as TARP, so this just confirms my opinion of him:
Everybody knows America’s built on the rights of free expression, the rights to practice your faith, but come on.
Yea, come on. After all, it’s just a piece of paper.
I’m not crazy about TARP, but it was almost assuredly better than letting AIG and Citigroup go under.
That said, Cantor often strikes me as in a bit over his head. This mosque nonsense should be much more embarrassing to it’s proponents than it is.
The craziness reached a new level when Obama injected himself into the discussion. I distinctively non-presidential, unAmerican thing to do. But,not surprisingly, he again sucks up to the Muslim world to the detriment of the families of the 9/11 victims.
